Foundation Course for Level 1 of the
“Illustrated Manual of Yi Jin Xi Sui Internal Kungfu”

Do you often suffer from:
stiff shoulders and neck, lower back pain, low energy, or poor sleep?
The pressures of modern life are quietly depleting
our innate vital energy (Yuan Qi). And so most people are living in suboptimal health, simply existing without truly live.
Wake up.
Reboot your body’s original life force energy!
Originating from the supreme internal canon of Shaolin’s Chan (Zen), Martial, and Healing culture, the “Yi Jin Jing” (Muscle/Tendon Change Classic) and “Xi Sui Jing” (Marrow/Brain Washing Classic) are together known as the secret treasures of the temple. This is not martial arts folklore, but a scientific, systematic, and structured ancient wisdom for wellness:
Yi Jin (易筋): To dredge the meridians, strengthen tendons and bones, and forge a robust physical body.
Xi Sui (洗髓): To purify internal energy (Qi), nourish the internal organs, and cultivate righteous internal power (Hao Ran Zheng Qi).
This course strictly follows the ancient authentic teaching, focusing on the foundational exercises of the first volume, ensuring a safe and steady approach to build a solid foundation for you.

Seated Exercises & Closing Techniques:
Learn the correct methods to conclude your practice, consolidating the results and returning Qi and blood to their source.

Sharing Our Journeys
“Saya disuruh mulai berolahraga saat berat badan mulai berlebih…
Saya coba angkat beban, yoga, tapi nggak kuat. [Latihan Qigong] pertama kalinya saya latihan yang capek, tapi nggak berasa kayak mau mati gitu, hahahhaha…..
Capek, tapi ada segernya. Dan besoknya saya ada keinginan untuk merasakan itu lagi. Jadi akhirnya saya latihan lagi, latihan lagi. Saya mikir, tahan berapa lama ya….mungkin 3 bulan udah ilang ya. Eh, ternyata [sekarang] sudah sampai setahun lebih.”
Pak Anggoro, 42th, Karyawan.
“Saya sekarang umur 62, dari saya umur 55 [bahu] saya sering kaku. Jadi saya sering ke sinshe, supaya dibenerin. Dari sana sih memang baikan, tapi nanti balik lagi. …
Sedangkan saya baca, Qigong adalah part of Taiji… Semua olahraga saya pelajari, saya aktif di pingpong, kadang-kadang basket, saya banyak olahraganya. Tapi saya merasa [Qigong] sangat membantu saya, karena saya juga ada diabetes. Ini membuat saya pengen belajar dan belajar lagi untuk memperdalam ilmu ini. Sebenarnya sama prinsipnya di Functional Medicine.
Jadi kita mencari akar permasalahannya.”
Ibu Iradewi, 56th,ahli Anestesi
Saya mulai belajar Taiji dan Qigong pas umur 80. Sekarang saya 85. Dulu keseimbangan saya kurang. Sejak belajar Taiji dan Qigong, sekarang saya bisa berdiri di satu kaki. Rasanya seperti umur 70-an lagi, hahahahahha……

Inheritor and Global Ambassador of Shaolin Culture
Bearing the Way through Martial Arts, Transmitting Shaolin Wisdom;
Building Cultural Bridges, Connecting Hearts Across the Seas.
As a 34th-generation orthodox inheritor of Shaolin culture, he has dedicated 30 years to mastering the essence of Shaolin Zen and martial arts, with profound expertise in Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qigong. Driven by the mission to “Share Shaolin Wisdom with the World,” he founded the Shaolin Foundation and Shaolin Cultivation Center in Jakarta, Indonesia, where he systematically teaches Shaolin martial arts and traditional Chinese culture. Additionally, he established a research center dedicated to the practice and study of Shaolin Zen, Martial Arts, and Healing.

The scripture known as the Shaolin Yijin Xisui Neigong Zheng Shen Tu Shuo is a profound manual of internal pratice which was a treasured heritage of the Shaolin Temple. Its title translates to “Shaolin’s Illustrated Explanation of the Correct Body Postures for the Internal Art of Muscle/Tendon Changing and Marrow/Brain Washing,” which perfectly describes its purpose. The text is a detailed guide, using illustrations and explanations to teach a series of precise postures and controlled breathing techniques designed to cultivate the body’s vital energy, or Qi.
The practice is a journey of transformation, undertaken through two integrated stages. The first, Yijin (Muscle/Tendon Changing), focuses on the physical vessel. Its exercises aim to strengthen the sinews, open the meridians, and build a resilient, flexible, and powerful body. Once the body is fortified, the focus turns inward to Xisui (Marrow/Brain Washing), a deeper process of purification. This stage is intended to cleanse the core of one’s being, refresh the nervous system, and calm the spirit. The benefit of this disciplined practice is a profound state of holistic health—achieving not just physical vigor and martial potential, but also mental clarity, emotional tranquility, and spiritual vitality.

The practices of Yijin Xisui Neigong were once a closely guarded secret within the Shaolin Temple, transmitted only to a chosen few disciples to protect its power and the temple’s legacy. However, as time goes by and the world changes, this veil of secrecy was lifted in the 20th century, in harmony with a growing mission to share Chinese culture with the world. Now, this priceless Shaolin legacy has become a globally acknowledged practice of internal cultivation for wholistic well being.
